What screening can and cannot tell you
Screening looks for early signs of risk in people who generally feel well. A normal result does not mean you have no health problems, and a result outside the usual range does not mean you have a disease. Results can be affected by things like recent meals, medication, illness or how a sample was handled. If something in your results needs attention, we will guide you to a qualified clinician for proper assessment.
Action plans and guidance
Your action plan offers general lifestyle and prevention guidance based on your results and the information you provide. Before you make significant changes to diet, exercise, medication or treatment, talk to your doctor, especially if you are pregnant, have an existing condition or take regular medication. Never stop or change a prescribed medicine because of something you read on our site or in your plan.
AI supported features
Where we use AI for engagement, triage or guidance, it works within limits set by our clinical team and escalates to a person when needed. AI outputs can be wrong, so treat them as support, not as a medical opinion.
Website content
Articles, figures, examples and scenarios on this site are general information and illustrations. They are not personalised advice. Health outcomes and economic results depend on many factors, and we do not guarantee any specific clinical or financial result.
Wearables
Data from wearables and other consumer devices can help show trends, but it is not a substitute for structured screening and clinical review.
