Privacy Policy

Your health information is personal, and we treat it that way. This policy explains what SimplyWell collects, why, who sees it and what you can do about it.

Effective 24 October 2026

It covers simplywellhealth.com and the SimplyWell prevention programme, including screening, results, action plans, chronic support and our digital tools.

1. Who we are

SimplyWell is operated by SimplyWell FZC LLC, trade licence number 2628116268888, issued by ANC Free Zone, with its registered address at BC-892315, 26th Floor, Amber Gem Tower, Ajman, United Arab Emirates ("SimplyWell", "we", "us"). For any privacy question, email info@simplywellhealth.com or call +971 55 778 2260.

2. What we collect

When you use the website. If you send an enquiry, we receive your full name, organisation, email address, phone number, enquiry type, preferred contact method and whatever you write in your message. Our web host also keeps standard technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you requested, for security and troubleshooting.

When you join a SimplyWell programme. Depending on the programme, this can include:

  • identity and contact details (name, date of birth, gender, contact information, employer or insurer where relevant)
  • booking details (time, place, collection method)
  • health questionnaire answers, lifestyle information and family history you choose to share
  • screening results, such as blood tests, blood pressure, body measurements and other biomarkers
  • risk stratification, action plans and notes from care support conversations
  • engagement information, such as reminders opened, sessions attended and progress logged
  • wearable or device data, only if you choose to connect a device

Health information is a special category of data, and we only collect it with your consent or where the law allows us to.

3. Why we use it

  • to answer your enquiry and talk to you about our services
  • to book and deliver your screening, results, action plan and ongoing support
  • to have qualified clinicians review results and guide you to further care when needed
  • to send you reminders, check ins and retest prompts you have agreed to
  • to produce aggregate, anonymised reports for your employer or insurer (see section 5)
  • to improve our programmes and tools, using anonymised or aggregate data wherever possible
  • to keep our services secure and meet our legal and regulatory duties

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your health data for advertising.

4. Our legal basis

We rely mainly on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We also process data where it is needed to deliver a service you asked for, for preventive or occupational medicine under the supervision of licensed professionals, or to comply with UAE law. Health data is handled in line with Federal Law No. 2 of 2019 on the use of information and communication technology in health fields and the standards of the relevant health authority. Other personal data is handled in line with Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

5. Who can see your information

Your employer cannot see your individual results. If you join through a corporate programme, your employer only ever receives aggregate, anonymised reporting, such as participation rates and risk distribution across groups large enough that nobody can be singled out. The same applies to insurers, unless you give separate, explicit consent for something more.

We share information only with:

  • licensed laboratories, collection partners and clinicians who deliver your screening and clinical review
  • technology providers that run our services, under written data processing agreements
  • your insurer or employer, in aggregate and anonymised form only, unless you consent otherwise
  • health authorities, courts or regulators, where UAE law requires it
  • another company, if SimplyWell is restructured or sold, under the same privacy commitments

6. Where your data is kept

SimplyWell does not store your health data on its own systems. Screening results and health records are held by the licensed laboratories and clinical partners who deliver your screening, inside the UAE, as Federal Law No. 2 of 2019 requires unless an approved exception applies. Website enquiries reach our team by email and are not kept in a separate SimplyWell database. If personal data ever needs to leave the UAE, it will only do so where the law permits and with appropriate safeguards.

7. How long we keep it

Website enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted, unless they turn into a programme relationship. Health records are kept by our licensed partners for at least the minimum period UAE health law requires, currently 25 years from the last health procedure.

8. Security

We and our partners use technical and organisational measures appropriate to health data, including access controls and confidentiality obligations for everyone who handles it. No system is completely immune to risk, so if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the competent authorities as the law requires.

9. Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of your personal data and tell you how we use it
  • correct anything inaccurate or incomplete
  • delete your data, where we are not legally obliged to keep it
  • restrict or object to certain uses
  • stop contacting you with reminders or updates
  • review a decision made about you by automated means
  • withdraw your consent at any time

Email info@simplywellhealth.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first. Some rights are limited for health records, because the law requires them to be retained. If you are unhappy with our response, you can contact the relevant UAE authority.

10. Children

SimplyWell programmes are designed for adults. We only provide services to anyone under 18 with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The effective date at the top tells you when it was last revised, and we will tell programme members about significant changes directly.
